intersting omelette with babybel !!

I'm at home with a streaming cold!

Decided to make an Omelette - i didnt have any cheese but found a mini babybel !

I sliced it up and threw it on the omellete when almost cooked and put it under the grill !!!

Was like mozerella cheese!!

delish !! Just thought i'd share it!!

Sounds yummy, mine usually end up quite dry as I dont add Cottage Cheese (YUK) so this may be a nice addition

i dont really like cheesey omelette. i have ham, mushrooms and tomatoes on mine, or sometimes just plain.

its the babybel where you get about 6 in a pack, i get mini babybl light, was so yummy.
Ive got omelettes down to a fine art now!
Always use non - stick pan, always use spray oil and always finish off under the grill !!

i will definitely try it with the babybel.

Yeah I always top mine with broken up babybel's makes it taste naughty!! haha
