Is a 35lb weight loss in 14 weeks realistic?

Hi ladies :)

I'm currently setting my goals for the next few months and my aim is to lose 35lb by mid-July.
I currently weigh 12.5 stone and am aiming for 10st. I'm 5'6 and take a UK size 14-16 but I'm told I can carry it well.
I'll be doing SlimFast to kickstart my weight loss, followed by WW (old points) with lots of walking, swimming and exercise dvds.
I wouldn't be disappointed with a 25lb weight loss by then but my goal is 35lb. Do you think its realistic or should I re-evaluate my goal?

I think with weight watchers you're looking at more like 1-2 lbs a week but I get the impression you're heading more in the direction of a VLCD. Which is a better way to lose a lot of weight quickly but really do your research first if you want a better chance of maintaining :)
 
i just had my 14th weigh in yesterday and iv managed 28.5lbs in that time ....

Not bad ^.^ are your losses pretty even? Mine seems to be calmin down a bit now but I'm on track to do about the same at this rate :D
 
I'd like 30lb off in 11 weeks (that's when I go on holiday)
Got a bit more than 30lb to lose but that's my holiday goal lol I'm doing weightwatchers. X
