I weight myself all the time on my scales which i know arent even accurate, then get down when my my WI always shows different!! Know its not good but cant help it!!!
And it's been a while since I've had a sticker so I'm desperate for one! ESP as I'd get my target one at same time, it'll be sticker overload for me lol
I don't have scales at home anymore since we moved and its driving me mad - until yesterday I was off plan seriously for quite a while, and think not weighing was partially to blame, gonna see how I go whilst on track for a few weeks then I will decide wether to buy a new set? X
