Yes today was the first Sunday of leafleting!

After domolishing a bag of M&M's (!!!) me and hubby agreed we need to rein it in now- he wants to keep losing and I just don't want to put on any more!!

Today has been totally the hardest day to stay off the scales - my mind is on it constantly and I'm dying to see how I've got on. For the first time this week I've actually felt thin today - the rest of the week I've felt totally fat and bloated - so I hope this is a good omen for the big weigh in tomorrow! I'm visualising too :)

I've been drinking too! I love cider so I don't have it very often due to the high Syn value, but I've had a few this weekend!
My downfall is the munchies whilst drinking- which I why I initially stopped drinking completely when I first started SW!
 
Yeah it helps me stay on track if rather weigh myself than get a nasty shock at weigh in
 
8.4 this morning so as it stands I'm still in target but over by 2, going to have good days until weds weigh in and see if it could be a bit lower!
 
Well I'm happy with the scales this morning- 11st 3.6 so I think the 5 mile walk yesterday has helped! Now for 2 days on plan...
 
I forgot to get on mine this morning and its weigh in tomorrow night...will try to avoid them until then! X

What day is your WI?
Maybe have another B choice until then to see what it does!

I completely fall off the wagon for 4 days in my 1st week at target but managed (somehow) to get a maintain by having 3 days on plan.

Maintaining is trial and error!!

I've been having an extra hex b all week and then a few naughty things have crept in too (meals have been fine, just a few extra treats which would probably mean I'd be going over syns). I think today's the first day where I haven't gone over because I want to stick to plan for life sort of thing but with the added HEXs. But things I've had that i wouldn't normally have been: an Easter egg, creame egg mcflurry and a tea cake with butter and a latte. So must have used the top end if I haven't gone over (this was over the first few days not all in one day) so it just doesn't make sense! XD

I'm 5'4 and 9st 5lb is my target so dropping another half a stone wouldn't be really something I'd want to do. Even my C says this should be my final final target drop (at 9st 5lb), I'm a bit reluctant to be naughty because I don't want to redevelop bad habits if that makes sense? Don't get me wrong I know when to stop but then sets me up to pick the rest of the week. So I have one day a month where we go out and I have a naughty pizza tea with the cookie dough, but I try not to eat out unless its fairly ok. I'm keeping (which I've always done) tracking kcals on MFP to an extent and I can't know eat as much as I used to & by trying to keep healthy meals struggling to hit calorie intake.
