Been all over the numbers this week...currently sitting at 14 5.5 making it 1lb less than official scales. Tuesday evening weigh in! Bring it on!

Was dehydrated yest and scales sunk to 14st 1.5! If only eh? Xxx

Congratulations! 10st 6 and 3/4lbs this morning, which is just under a 3lb loss. WI tomorrow will tell which way the scales decide to go on that pesky quarter pound!!

After another week of no weighing at home and staying totally 100% on plan with less than 10 syns per day, I really felt like I'd lost a good 2-3 lbs since last week - I feel so skinny and fit now - so was astonished to see the scales sitting at 10st 0 again this week

Definitely one of those weeks where you feel it in yourself and your body but don't see any change on the scales

Trying to decide whether to go back to weighing at home or to continue abstaining.

Weighed myself in Mother In Laws house yesterday afternoon (temptation was just too much, her scales were just... well... there! Showed me as having 4 1/2 off, but no way is that possible Lesson learned!

I did have a sneak peek before dinner and they were down to 11st 4.2 and I've been on plan all day, only had 6 1/2 Syns so far so hoping to see a good number tomorrow morning

just had a little peak myself - caught a glimpse of the 9s finally without clothes just before my bath, granted it was just barely (9st 13.8) but fingers crossed they'll still be there in the morning
