144 this morning same as WI last night (3lb loss) goal for next Monday is 2lb loss
Having a red day today and just been for a 3.25 mile run, hope I don't suddenly gain over night!
After days of looking like I might of got a loss at tonight's official weigh in ..scales jumped up this morning and I got sts

This thread has been so helpful ... I need to give my scales away I think!!!
I know it's bad to be weighing every day, you get good days and naturally then get bad days, yes we should only weigh once a week but for me, at target, and not weighed in at class for 6 weeks its my lifeline!
