You're gaining water and glycogen stores because you're not in ketosis. hopefully it will be minimal for you.

God I hope so, my hands are starting to feel cooler, that's a sign for me. Hopefully tomorrow, I'll be on my way. I want to be over the worst by Mon...my first day back at work after 5 months...

Susie - defo not a proper gain just water etc. I gained 3lb and was gone in a few days and been losing since. Just stick with it and you'll be fine x

Not gone up yet. My consultant is happy for me to carry on as is. Will move up in a few more weeks. Want to get as close to target before I move up so anything lost on the higher steps is a bonus.

Are you doing SS+ now instead of SS? I've just switched, I had an omelette last night as my first real meal in 6 weeks. It was delicious! It's great how much more I appreciate simple foods now that I wouldn't have done in the past

 
Thanks hun. Yes do more ss+ than ss. Tend to just have a small amount of protein and a few amount of skimmed milk or plain yoghurt. Some days I don't have the protein or milk. Just depends how hungry I am. It makes it so much easier to have something. Well done on getting to 6 weeks, I loved getting to 6 weeks feels like you've really done it if that makes sense. X

Went to newstead abbey for a walk today and then had a cream tea.... Ffs! Last night also have a little bit of chocolate. Feeling annoyed at eating but im hungry all the time
