I'm ok thanks, only lost 2lb this week and feeling very tired and Hungary. Thinking I may need to start moving up to the next step soon. Will see how I get on next week.

Thanks, was actually 3lb not 2lb. Must be patient and stop thinking the worst all the time. My weight seems to shift on Fridays, Saturdays and then weds. I get to weds 4 days after weigh in and get fed up as only showing 1lb. Then in the next 3 days it really shifts. Total lost now is 2 stone 2lb :)

Enjoy your swim krazzed. Think we are going for a drive to the in laws. X

I lost 4lbs this week, which I'm happy with! Very close to my next mini goal of under 14 stone, only a pound until I reach that! :scale:

Not sure on when to move up. This morning I was so hungry I was thinking maybe after next week but not sure. Ill like to do another 2-3 weeks on ss.

Been out shopping and bought a faux leather biker jacket, always wanted one but always felt too fat. Guess what size I got into?!?!?!? Only a flipping size 12!!!!!!!!! Going to post a pic on my diary :)

Not much! 20lbs I think. Disappointing for 7 weeks on the diet but more than I'd have lost any other way.

I'm so glad to be in my new jeans that wouldn't even do up when I bought them. :)
 
You should feel proud. That's nearly a stone and a half. Try lifting that!!!! X
