Does anyone notice if eating bars slows weight loss down?. Had my first yesterday but reviews say it can slow it down

It hasn't for me, I've been having them since week two. Obv I've had smaller losses than week one but that's to be expected! Even with the bars I have 3/4 lbs loss a week. And I look forward to them so much, they make the diet much more bearable! My favorites are lemon, orange, cranberry and chocolate :)

 
I had them for week 3 one a day and didnt slow me down x

Second today! Not feeling hungry but the desire to raidy fridge is driving me CRAZY!! someone helpppp!!!!

Back away from the fridge :) You can do this, stay strong. Once your past the first week you'll be fine and the losses each week spur you on. I'm now on week 10 so can't be that bad :)

I feel rough! Headache, hungry and weak, I think I'm going back into ketosis. It's weird because at the start, I didn't feel bad at all, I had no symptoms whatsoever. I wonder why it's bad this time

Hi Liz - I have 2 and a half to lose and I am on SS with three shakes a day.

Last night was tough as I went to a pub with my friend for a catch up.
But I was so proud of myself because I only had a black coffee!

The only thing that is really annoying about the diet is peoples negativity towards it! But it is egging me on to lose the weight so I can rub it in peoples faces :)
 
I agree. The old go on.....I haven't told many people
