Is Benefibre ok??

Hi was just wondering if its ok to take Benefibre with LT? I've looked everywhere for the one that is reccomended (can't think of the name right now!) But this seems to be the same thing, it looks identical. Ironically the pharmacy where i get my LT don't stock it! They had one jar that went out of date last year!

I would think it is fine, I have used it myself when I had no Fibre Clear.
