    hello there.

You will achieve your target - definitely. Good for you. You are doing so well.

Not doing my countdown as I've changed what plan I'm on (1,000) for a week or so in an attempt to deal with my demons in a different way. Today I'm doing 790 though as I had more than I should have done yesterday.

I've been preparing the house for arrival of kitten(s) ... going to see them this afternoon at 4pm and fingers crossed they will both be coming home with me. Photos will be posted :)

both coming home with you???? aaahhhh soooo sweet... i want one now!
BUT i cant, got 2 big staffy pups who would def trample a little kitty cat...
    i am so jealous though!

glad you are staying in control'ish... better to go up plans than cave in and eat everything in sight. as i would prob do...

did you read about my attempt at my 2nd aamw? it had to be abandoned as i cannot control myself and eat a little meal for 7 days in a row! hope i learn some control before i get to goal :-(
had a small proper dinner (spag bol) at my mums and am now skipping rest of aamw!

you look amazing dancing so you should enjoy being on a different plan and adjusting to your new body and appetite! dont worry about the countdown, its important to do what you need to at this moment in time. i am def taking it a day at a time as i know how easily i can lose it (like yesterday oops)!

well done on what you have achieved so far, and im glad you are staying positive.
heres to the rest of our journeys!

    xxxxx

    Thanks
    xxx

This sentence means alot - it is what I'm trying to do too ... do what I need to do, adjusting and not worrying (this bit is a little more difficult). Mostly, I'm adjusting and trying to relax into things.

    Thanks for your support.

I read about your AAMW - also read your question about having a day off for motivation (?? crooked thinking maybe??). We all have to try what works for us. Personally speaking - having nothing but the packs (I started on LL) was the best way to do it and if I were to start on CD now, I'd probably go for SS+ milk option.

Big hug to you and all the best. x

    ah bless you...

and yes crooked thinking indeed... but i reckon i am just a crooked person lol!
it worked for me (and thats what you need to remember - do what works for you!) and now i am raring to go to hit first goal.

a week of aam would have sent me crazy and obsessing about food... at least i am back in control now ans sticking to ss 100%. no need to even think about food.

enjoy your food today and remember me lagging behind on ss... savour every bite mrs.

hugs for you and tickles for kittens!
