I know a lot of ppl keep diaries about their weight lost and other things i was wondering if it helps to keep a diary or not? I have been taking Xenical for nearly 4 weeks and had lost 7lb at my weigh in last week and i know sooner rather than later i am going to hit the dreaded wall.

It's actually been proven that people who kept a food diary did better than those that didn't...your choice though :)

The food diary on 'My Fitness Pal' is really good you can use the website or they have a phone app (with barcode scanner) for the updating on the move.

What's really helped me is seeing the fat & calories per food item not just per meal so I know which bits of my meal are contributing what.
