One last chance
to exercise on a full stomache? I just finished my dinner and I really feel like doing some exercise.

I read that it's bad to exercise on an empty stomache so is it ok to do so on a full one?
 
I don't think it's a good idea Yas cos you will probably feel quite sick. Best to leave it for at least an hour and then exercise away!
 
I always thought it was best to exercise on an empty stomach, before your meal, this gets your metabolism going and makes it quicker to work your dinner off.

Not 100% sure though, best to google it.
 
Hmmmm....always had a small snack like a banana 30 mins before going to the gym, then after a shower, I really enjoyed my "healthy" dinner.
