Extra Easy Is it Better to have too many fat laden syns or sugar syns

just polishing off a bottle of red wine and stuck to plan all day and just wondering if it is better that i drink wine or have cake and bickies. Prob wanting to convince myself wine is better than crisps and nuts. though wish i could have both! lol

Hi, happy saturday night mia queenbee, i think it may be better to hve sugar syns than fat syns ie chocolate etc. just cos wine has no fat i have it in my head that syns spent on wine may be able to be used up easily through walking any exercise etc.

I don't think it matters either way - our syns are there to be enjoyed For me, though, if I drink wine it makes me hungry... be careful that you don't get tipsy and then eat the cake as well, lol!
