Is it compulsary to have your 3 products?

I am ss+ and having 3 products and a meal but really struggle to get 3rd one dwn! Any views? X
 
I think you'd be better off having your 3 shakes and skipping the meal, to be honest. That way you can be sure that you've had all the protein, fat, carb, fibre, vitamins and minerals you need for the day. The 200 cal meal just can't compete with the nutritional value of the third shake.

Believe it or not, it can be counterproductive to only have 2 shakes. You need the full range of nutrients in order to do fat burning most effectively.

Hi MrsP I was doing ss+ last week and i couldn't eat the 3rd meal too so am back to SS just having 2 shakes per day and i know i will have a good loss too cos last week i only lost 1.5lbs but the time i was doing ss i lost 7lbs in week 1 and another 7 in week 2.
