I think you'd be better off having your 3 shakes and skipping the meal, to be honest. That way you can be sure that you've had all the protein, fat, carb, fibre, vitamins and minerals you need for the day. The 200 cal meal just can't compete with the nutritional value of the third shake.
Believe it or not, it can be counterproductive to only have 2 shakes. You need the full range of nutrients in order to do fat burning most effectively.
