I use a sauna about 3 times a week when i am at the gym.
I tried to do CV but as i am only into week 4 am still finding it too hard so have focused on resistance and toning rather than fat burn cardio vascular.
Hi! I go to the gym twice a week, but only do half the cardio i did before the diet, firstly because i don't want to burn too many calories and secondly i find i feel a bit weak the rest of the day. So i too am concentrating more on resistance and toning
I do aquacise twice a week and cardio and resistance at the gym once a week, same intensity as before CD and make sure I up my water intake on those days and once a week I do the sauna, steam room and jacuzzi
I'm on SS+ and do 4pks mostly but have the option to add a light meal if required
