Is sometimes bein good really bad???

Helpppppp!!!!!

I ususally go the gym 3-5 times a week. Now i havent been since starting SW (Im into my second week) but going back next week...now my prob is this....

I go boxercise a mon its 7-8 i cant eat before coz if i do i feel like ima hurl it all back up at class. I also go gym straight from work for aprox 2-2 1/2 hrs meaning i dont get in til after 8 meaning again a late tea.

Now iv been told not to eat before i work out, but surely eatting my tea that late will hinder my losses.

Advice...ideas....tips gladly wanted :)
 
It is a total MYTH that eating late makes you fat/slows weight loss so you will be fine.

However you should eat something two hours before a workout to get the best from training and eat protein as soon as you can afterward to get longer calorie burning x
 
Thank you soooo much im so happy to hear that!!!

Thats part of the reason i havent gone incase it made me STS even though iv only had one WI.

Woo thats me back at the gym next week :)

If I'm going to the gym I tend to eat a banana about 4ish to keep me going till I eat later on. Stop me feeling hungry.
