I started swimming a couple of weeks ago and I have read some really discouraging things online.....
A) That its not the best weightloss exercise
B) That u create a layer of fat under ur skin due to the temperature of the water bla bla bla....
C) Its more for toning
( i want pounds lost!)
I hoped doing between 40 and 50 lengths everyday would boost my weightloss but now i feel disheartened......
Anyone else swim and have a good weightloss???
