Is there anything i can eat whilst on lipotrim, that wont knock me out of ketosis?

    Hi

    I started Lipotrim 6days ago for the second time after 2 years.
    I begun with a weight of 11st 5lbs and have done a naughty weigh in at home and have managed to lose 7lbs so far. My goal weight is 9st which is a safe weight for my height of 5ft1in...
    It's been a major struggle whilst being out and about on this long Easter weekend and I've not drank as much water as I should :( once I'm back at work and can run to the toilet every hour my water intake will be high again.

    Anyway I have a dilemma, it's my best friends birthday tomorrow and I have been invited to her birthday dinner at a restaurant. The restaurant has a large variety of food and can adjust the way they make things to suit the customer so I thought to eat for just one of my meals in the day won't kill me, and to keep my best mate happy I'll do it! But is there anything that anyone can suggest I eat that will keep me in ketosis?

    I know I could just go and not eat at all but in a large group I will feel really out of place sat there with my choc shake in it's shaker whilst everyone tucks into some tasty food lol
    Any advice or recommendations are welcome!

    Stick to protein - chicken, fish, shellfish etc, no carbs whatsoever, and you should be OK x

    Does the fish and chicken have to be grilled or can I get away with something that has been cooked in a little oil?

    Agree with the above a nice steak is a great choice as rather filling and nice tasting! Avoid all sauces, creams, chips, rices, bread, fizzy etc!! Dont even touch salad if you can help it! Eat your steak and push the rest roundya plate and you will be absolutely fine. I do this regularly as I need more due to medication and I have had good loses, just sometimes slightly less than some others... but then I also eat choc, cake and naughties so its probably this slowing me down ;) LOL! x

    Steak!!! Mmmmmm perfect! That'll fill me up so I'm sure I won't need the salad! Lol
