Your milk is Hexa and your bread is Hexb. Also it doesn't look like you're eating enough. You can eat loads more than that on SW and stil lose weight - you seem to be having a light meal for lunch and dinner. Check out my diaries (in my signature) for examples of weekly plans and meals that are mainly green.

I tend to do EE rather than Green days but have to say you don't seem to have included any Superfree foods in there.

I know that with the Green and Red plans you don't have to have 1/3 of each meal as superfree but I would suggest incorporating some superfree foods in your day somewhere.

As a green day that is fine, but you really should try & eat some fruit and veg to have a balanced 'diet'.

Are you going to be full from that? I definately wouldn't.

thanks everyone - yeah i am stuffed after having lunch. Thats the reason i was planning on some beans on toast for dinner as big lunch sets me up - i am trying the green day as i am at work without any fruit or veg and thought it was the best option but will have a wee look at the green diary's - thanks so much
