Is this a green day?

Morning all, i have been wanting to try a green day for a while but cant get my head round it. Today though i have organised my food diary & think i may have cracked it - could someone please be so kind as to advise?

Breakfast:
Golden syrup porridge (syns?)
Milk (heb)
Snack:
Activia yogurt & crisps (5syns)
Lunch:
Pasta n sauce (2.5syns)
Milk (heb)
2xslice 400g wholemeal bread (hea)
Dinner:
2x slice 400g wholemeal bread (hea)
baked beans

have i went wrong anywhere?

Your milk is Hexa and your bread is Hexb. Also it doesn't look like you're eating enough. You can eat loads more than that on SW and stil lose weight - you seem to be having a light meal for lunch and dinner. Check out my diaries (in my signature) for examples of weekly plans and meals that are mainly green.

I tend to do EE rather than Green days but have to say you don't seem to have included any Superfree foods in there.

I know that with the Green and Red plans you don't have to have 1/3 of each meal as superfree but I would suggest incorporating some superfree foods in your day somewhere.

thanks everyone - yeah i am stuffed after having lunch. Thats the reason i was planning on some beans on toast for dinner as big lunch sets me up - i am trying the green day as i am at work without any fruit or veg and thought it was the best option but will have a wee look at the green diary's - thanks so much
