Is this a suitable hexb?

It's got 5.5g fibre & only 13.8g carbs per slice ..

I saw on a slimming world page on a well known social networking site that this could be used as a hexb? Someone had put a pic of the purple packaged one and said it was the bread with orange packaging that could be used .. Just want to clarify with you guys :)

My leader said only wholemeal bread is a hexb. Not seeded/white x

Ah ok! I just figured that coz its wholemeal with a few seeds it be ok .. It's been bought now so Ile have to finish it ;) x
 
There is a new hovis loaf with seeds that are now classed as a h e b, it was in a sw mag..... Im pretty sure it is the one pictured x

Yep .. I had veggie bacon inbetween two slices the other day n I felt naughty but now it's a hexb I can indulge as I am on green days ;)
