Green Days Is this correct?

Hi guys,

Yesterday I had my first green day and I am having one today too. Can you please check that this is correct?

Yesterday

Free foods: tea, scrambled egg, frylight, potato croquettes, baked beans, squash, quorn sausage, diet coke, low fat super noodles, baked potato, spaghetti in tomato sauce

Superfree foods: banana, plum, tangerine, pear, half grapefruit, mango, green beans

HEXA: 250ml SS milk and >42g reduced fat cheese
HEXB: hi-fi bar and 28g weetabix minis

syns: 15 = half quorn burger (0.5 syns), mini milk x 3 (4.5 syns), crisps (10 syns)

Today

Free foods: scrambled eggs, baked beans, frylight, smash, tea, pasta, passata, sweetcorn, baked potato, spaghetti in tomato sauce.

Superfree foods: grapefruit, mango

HEXA: 42g reduced fat cheese and 250ml SS milk
HEXB: hi-fi bar

Syns: 0

Hope I've done this right! Was EE up until yesterday!

Hi hun

The only thing I can see that may not be classed as free food is the potato croquette.

Everything else looks great, I only ever do green days, love them, make me feel so fullfilled

I made the potato croquettes using parboiled potatoes and frylight in a frying pan, would this be free?
