Is this gonna work?

Hi everyone

I am looking to lose about 2 stone, I am 14 stone and 5 foot 10, am now 19.

My normal day is skipping breakfast then having a sandwich crisps, a chocolate bar and a can of drink, I would then have something like another chocolate bar at about 4, dinner at 6 would be a whole plate of pasta and meatballs, then about 8 I would have another bag of crisps and a sandwich.

I am now having toast in the morning, a sandwich and a can of coke at lunch, and then salad,chicken/meat at dinner and then fruit for dessert.

I realise I shouldnt be having a can but I want that to be my treat everyday, otherwise I get bored and lose momentum.

If anyone could answer then that would be great!:)
 
Sounds like a good change. Nothing wrong with the can however maybe swap it to diet? That'll help.

Also exercising will help, even if it's just a little. I started out with small walks, jogs etc.

try switching to diet coke, and maybe not have butter/spread on the sandwich. Stuff like that. even small changes build up in the long run. :)
