I am so pleased that we have this forum, my ketone strips have changed to a pink colour so i know i am in ketosis, but after reading all your descriptions, i doubt i needed the strips ! My breath smells, my mouth is like 'glue' my wee smells weird, and i am suffering more from BO. The things we will all go through to be thin eh !! It will be worth it in the end, if i still have a husband lol

I first of all get a strange taste in my mouth, and I am aware of my breath smelling. I'm on a VLCD and my other half says although my breath smells funny, it's not nausiating like it was when I was on Atkins. I also get very cold hands when I'm in ketosis.
