Extra Easy is this menu ok?

just trying to do this from home, does this sound ok?

B: poached egg, beans, mushrooms on wholemeal toast (hexb)

L: pork, new potatoes, broccoli, carrots, parsnip

D: tomato and herb mugshot, salad (lettuce, cucumber, tomato, beetroot) an apple, activia fat free yogurt.

snacks pear, small choc biscuit (4 syns)

hexa semi skimmed milk in tea

thanks for looking

EE yes? It's looking good. You've got a third superfree at each meal, your hexa and hexb.
You can have some more syns if you want :)

That's fine. You could even add a packet of crisps from your syns. I'd supplement that with a banana and a few satsumas - for those little snacks.

That menu is fine. Fine-tuning it for a week is a little tricky lol;)

Just be careful that you are actually getting 1/3 super free, depending on how many mushrooms you had, I doubt that was 1/3, though I could be wrong, like I say it depends on how many you had. Lunch looks ok, but remember parsnips aren't super free so you're only counting the carrots and broccoli, but as long as they made the whole plate 1/3 then it would be fine. And the tea looks fine.

hi I had half a 500g box of mushrooms, I love them
Lol - yep, that's love all right:)

A little tip - get some of those frozen mixed veg packs from the freezer section of the supermarkets. They are so easy to microwave and a great source of a 5-a-day or superfree plate-filler.
