started working solutions today and so far i have had porridge... will not be having that again, banana shake blended with ice yum! i have had two small eggs scrambled with some smoked salmon and i plan on having my third shake later when the dreaded night time hunger kicks in. i have had 1 and a half ltrs of water and plan on drinking the same again.
so far so good just wondering if the food was ok on this plan?
