This last week i have been adding ground cumin & corriander to my chicken soup, is this ok? I haven't lost as much as i had hoped this week & wondered if this was the reason why.
I also have had a flapjack every day & wondered if this slowed down weight loss as they have more calories than the shakes?

The first two weeks is normally when you lose the most weight then you settle into your own pattern.

You have lost 20lb in three weeks which is nearly a half stone over the guidelines of around a stone a month.

That is excellent weight loss!

Hey,

I put the cumin in my soup and its fine with me - but im not sure maybe some people are more sensitive to others? But as mini says you have lost 20 pounds in 3 weeks - im sure next week you will have 3-4 pounds off again!

Thanks mini, i love my flapjacks now & really didn't want to give them up.

It's good to knw someone else does it & you've had fantastic weightloss. Think i'm just being an impatient pinkie poo!!!

i also enjoy the flapjacks and get 4 each wk you're getting great losses and are well ahead so don't fret, good luck for the coming wk
