hello,
I would like some help haha :) I have never ever done red or green days but today i think could be a green day if im correct!

Breakfast - 2 x weetabix (one healthy extra B), 250ml semi skimmed milk (one healthy extra A), banana
Snacks - raspberries, banana, apple, curly wurly (6 syns)
Dinner - Pasta and sauce cheese and brocolli with alot of added brocolli
Tea - Im not too hungry so just had a bowl of pasta

I think i need another healthy extra B?
Someone pleas help :)

Looks ok for a green day to me. Just check your pasta and sauce was free as you haven't said which one it was, and yes you can have two HEA and two HEB on a green day, so you can still have another one.

The pasta n sauce you had (cheese & broc) is 1/2 syn packet if made with water but if you made with milk you would have to syn that too x

Yep, that's a green day! Sounds quite a lot like what I eat, I've always done green days since starting SW 4 years ago, I highly recommend them!
