Is what Im eating enough/ok?

Breakfast....fruit salad and coffee with skimmed milk and sweetner
Lunch...tin of baked beans on 2 brown bread, muller light yog
Tea....Low fat soup and 2 bits of fruit

Is this ok for a days food? Enough or too much?
 
hi,do you think it is enough?you know your your body better than any of us here so ask your stomach not your head.
 
Well im not concerned what my stomach says, I need to lose 4 stone by september and wanted to know if this was the way to go ;)
 
my stomach tells me i *need* rubbish everyday, im ignoring it ;D
Are you veggie? To be honest that really doesnt sound enough to me. 4 stone by september is 100% achievable! Are you using a calorie diary like foodfocus.co.uk ? Thats the one I use, I quite like it but theres loads of others. :) good luck!
 
Doesnt sound like enough - are you sticking to a certain amount of calories everyday?

Im trying to lose the weight by sticking to 1,200 calories a day - its a bit hit and miss somedays whether i stick to it or not but generally if i go over its not by much and then im still under my 2,000 you're allowed everyday lol
 
It doesn't sound like enough to me. Remember protein is important try to have some protein in each meal as it will keep you fuller for longer.
