Is your partner supportive?

My OH has been very supportive throughout, like ms blonds OH he even pays for my LT! Although i have had moments where he doesnt always think about what he's doing might bother me, like having takeaways infront of me (having said that i think it's made me stronger) My OH actually tried to do LT the other month & lasted less than 2 weeks & i have to say that since then i think he can fully appreciate how hard it is and what takes to do this diet & has bought me almost a new wardrobe as i'm pretty much at target. So all in all i dont think i could have done this without him.

Oh Rainbow Brite -I would do exactly as you're doing too. There's nothing weird about not wanting to undo ll your hard work -and lets face it we all know that it more easily undone than to maintain it. He should appreciate the more focussed and more health conscious you. Hope yiz work it out woman. ((HUGS))

My OH's doing LT with me and is 100% into it. He even said that he wished our losses last week (week 1) were swapped as he knows how much I want to lose weight and I was a bit disappointed with my loss (he lost 9lb and I only lost 5lb) - he's so sweet!

Sisters and mums men are really supportive to them but my other sister...well!

Shes 30, over 26stone and her itty bitty t**t of a bloke is a feeder. She started LT, two hours later was in tears and he goes "Eat, you should eat"....nice huh?

I dont bother with them, havent for a long time but if i did he would of got a smack in the mouth cos she could have a heart attack at any time!

wish i had a man ! the ex doesnt say much when he comes over, he seems to keep telling me how good HE is looking these days,saying that he is looking better than he ever has before lmfao i dont think so sunshine bleurgh ! although he said you are really slim now...thats it lol, i am, around the same weight that i was when i met him 12 years ago
