Nope! It's strange as I always par boil my spuds for chips but when doing these I literally scrub them, slice, place in a single layer on a tray with frylight, season, spray again and keep turning them over Sometimes I add little bits of mozzarella on them about 15 mins from finishing time- amaziiiing! xx

I'm on my way to work now so don't have the magazine to hand. There's a recipe on the SW site (which anyone can see) don't know if it's the same one or not. If no one else posts it, I'll do it tonight when home xx

You really need to! I've wanted to do it practically since I discovered it :giggle: but it was worth the wait and everyone loved it! I start my new job on 28th May and leave my current job on 21st so I have a week in between..yeahhhhh!! Xx

Salad of iceberg, baby leaves and pea shoots, carrot, pepper, cucumber, red onion, feta cheese and pine nuts with a pitta bread.
Quavers

Tea

Homemade burgers topped with bacon, cheese, onions and leftover BBQ sauce from the pulled pork. Served with wedges and roasted veg

I've been close to 3 stone mark many times but never quite got there! For my week off I'm planning on a couple of days chill, catch up with friends, maybes a little trip away and get out on my bike if its nice! xx
