Yesterday I made an S.W. quiche. I doctored the recipe a bit. I fried onions with fry light, the same with tomato, roasted a red pepper, cooked Bachelors tomato, herb and onion pasta , mixed the lot together. Mixed the eggs with mixed herbs, poured them over the mixture ( in a quiche dish) used my HEX A and B for cheese which went on the top. Into the oven for about 20 minutes and done !!!

So simple and so bloomin' good. Had half last night and the then half for lunch today.

If you haven't tried it it is worth a go............ it is free on a green day.

I enjoyed it so much I am having it again tonight but am adding some sliced quorn sausage with the onion and red pepper.

Boy am I hungry !!!
