After a few restarts 2nd time around, I finally feel confident. I got my 69-year-old Mom onto CD 18 months ago and she has steadily lost about 2 and a half stones. My 15-year-old daughter started on the 2nd January with me and has so far lost half a stone. I CAN do it, I WILL do it and I AM doing it!
