crikey, it's such a slippery slope when you break your diet isn't it?

I broke yesterday and ate... and then today, all I can do is eat, eat, eat!

Even as I go buy the food, I'm thinking "I shouldn't do this/eat this", yet I continue to eat it anyway. :mad:

The key is getting back into ketosis otherwise you will be hungry and that is very hard to break.

Therefore you need to get super tough for 72 hours, you need to drink like a cod, sleep like a log and generally not dwell on it.

By Thursday you will be set again and cooking fat and away you go.

But as you say you MUST stop so time to get stubborn.

yeah come on stop eating now !!!
you can do this 3 days and u will be burning fat again come on dont give up its just food you have had it before and you will again just not now put it down !!!:rolleyes:

right, something simple, don't put anything in your mouth without counting to 10 first. it sounds mad but normally that's enough to give your brain the time to know it won't be that great. and then come and post, that'll keep those hands busy!! stick at it, you can do it.
