Its been a few years and thought I'd say 'Hi'

I did really well last time using the Cambridge Diet... But have gained a few pounds (a few??) well actually 24 so am in need of the support that only this group of high achievers can give me

I can't afford Cambridge these days so am going for Exante.... Fingers crossed. Starting on 11th Jan. If you have any tips to share please let me know. I'll try and update regularly and hope to have good news on the first weeks loss end of next week.... Happy New Year everyone!
