Did you get a booklet from your CDC... it gives you details of how to work the plans.

The maximum you can do SS is 12 weeks, then go up to 810 for a week and then you can come back down to SS again.

Well here i am day 12 and god i feel great,feel like a new woman already can u imagine how id feel when iv lost 4 stone lol Well im not hungry any more even finding it hard 2 get 4 products down me a day but i am lol The sunshine orange is gorgeous thats feeling me up alot with the water...Well cant wait until next weigh in tuesday x
