Since my operation Ive not been able to get back into SW and weight has crept up to 11st 10lb and I need this to stop NOW, all is not lost as this time last year I was over 16st but I will not go back to that.
So here is day 1 of WW.
my plan so far. 20pts
half pint sk milk = 1
activia fat free yog = 1
cup a soup = 1.5
bread = 1.5
banana = 1.5
pasta = 7.5
total = 14
not sure what else I will have
