Hello All!:)

Ive had this sitting all day waiting to be sent,but only just got on the internet now! Such a mad day! Its good though I like it! I haven’t been able to post for awile,, the net has been playing up at home so haven’t managed to get on!

I had my first WI last night, and lost 3lbs.. at first I wasn’t too happy with that, but then when I actually got thinking about it, i only really had 3 days on plan, and after the weekend aswell!

I have noticed though that im constantly up around the 15 syns per day! So am going to try really hard to keep it down a bit this week! I would love to lose 4lb this week to get into the teens, but I think that I could be putting a bit too much pressure on myself! Lol.. im going to try and do some sort of exercise everyday this week.. I also do seem to be eating a lot of bread! So its my goal this week to stick to 2 slices a day at max!!!!

I do enjoy going to the gym and challenging myself so I think ill try that on Monday.. im going to work out a plan for that too.. because if I don’t, I find myself getting a bit slack, and jumping machine’s! Meant to ask, has anybody tried power plates? I’ve heard that they’re really good.. have a friend doing them and has lost weight on them.. might be worth looking into, but im not sure yet!

Thank god its Friday huh?!:) the whole family is gone away next Wednesday for nearly 3 weeks so im really looking forward to that.. I can really focus on my eating and hopefully have some good losses!:D

Anyway.. Heres my food plan for today.!.:)

Breakfast:- Can of Baked beans, and 6 melba toasts(3)

Lunch:- Brown bread(hexb) toasted sandwich, cheese(part of hexa) sweetcorn and onion.. I got beetroot and lettuce on the side, then caved and got egg mayo aswell!:(.(not sure of the sun value, probably around 5!) Totally regetting it now, coulda had a bag of crisps!!:(

Dinner:- God knows!:)

Snacks:- Going to have a mini milk, besides that I’m not sure!

Aye I have heard that Jackie, but I'd like to try and stay around10, that way it allows me to have somet extra if I really want it!! Lol..

Hiya Bubbles - 100% just means 100% on plan, as in lots of superfree and free foods, using your healthy extras and using syns, but not going above 15 for the day :)

Meant to say, well done on your loss Naomi - 3lb is a fab amount, esp as you say if you haven't been fully on plan, just shows what a little hard work can do ;) xx

I know it feels like ages since I’ve been on here, I’ve just been unbelievably busy the past week and just haven’t had a minute to sit down and get on properly! My boss is back at work, meaning I don’t get her computer and internet anymore so can’t post during work!:cry: Lol...

Plus I’ve been sick the last few days so just haven’t felt like socialising! – I didn’t go to group yesterday either; I couldn’t drag myself out of bed! What a great second week... :break_diet:

Needless to say, the last few days haven’t exactly gone to plan, but well it’s all starting again today! The family are gone down to Galway for the races, and won’t be back for 2 weeks! This means that I can really focus myself on this diet! I want to have at least a stone off by the time I go on holidays (25th August), a good month so hopefully do-able!:character00180:

I’m going to try and have a super free week! I’ve already cleared the house of all chocolate/sweets/crisps/biscuits that we’re left behind and have given them to my aunty.. However everywhere I look there’s more!! Mam has stuff hidden everywhere! :17729:

Anyways, am not posting my food diaries from the past few days up.. I didn’t write them down so they wouldn’t be truthful anyway! :booboo: But here’s today’s:

Breakfast: Nothing (don’t give out to me I was up late!:()

Lunch: Home-made soup (butternut squash, potato, sweet potato, carrot, parsnip, peppers, garlic and a veg stock cube) absolutely delicious, can’t wait for lunch.. Have 2 slices of BB too (hexb)

Dinner: I think its enchiladas, but I’ll just have the mince and some rice, no tortillas!:) – Not sure of the syn value though!
My hexa will be milk for my tea! (250ml of semi skimmed) ..

This week I’ve made a few goals for myself..
· I’d love to lose 4lb to get into the 19stone bracket, but that may be unreasonable!
· I’m also going to drink at least a litre of water a day… at the minute I barely have a few glasses a day..
· I am not going to eat more than 2 pieces of bread.. I don’t know what it is, ever since I know I can’t have it, I’m craving it more than ever!!:mad:
· I’m also going to exercise.. I do every week, but more this week.. Have been saying that I’m going to start the C25K run every day, but haven’t thought i'd be able for it! I walked 4km the other day, in half an hour, which for me is unbelievable! So when I get over this flu I’m going to start it properly! I know it’s going to be hard, but I’ll get there in the end!:D

Hope everybody’s having a lovely Friday! Any plans for the weekend?! I really want to go see Harry Potter again! Yes again, I’m such a nerd when it comes to these things!!:whistle:

I'm just heading over to a villa in spain with the bf and his family! its a cheap holiday, which is good.. But then me and the bf are off to Australia for christmas!:) So thats my real holiday!:woohoo:

Its been awile since i've written on here, truth be told i just havent had a minute the last couple of weeks!

Everythings being going really well, i am out of the 20's and back into the 19 stone bracket, even after being away last weekend. Me and the bf headed over to Galway for the last couple of days of the races! was brilliant, but i realised how much i associate Galway with food!:cry: theres just so many places that i wanted to go and eat! didnt get the better of me though and i lost 2.5lbs last week! Am after having a bad weekend though so not expecting much on thursday! a STS would do me!:D

I've started the C25K but am really struggling atm, so just keep doind D1W1 over and over again, am getting better too!:)

Yesterdays food:
Breakfast: Alpen light (hexb) and a apple

Lunch: Mugshot a apple and a Alpen light (hexb)

Dinner: 4 pork sausages light, tesco (4), carrot and sweetpotato mash, peas and sweetcorn(2 butter)

Snack: Treble crunch (5), 3 Haribo sweets (not sure)

hexa ~ milk in tea

Syns: at least 15!

Morning!

Well dinner last night didnt go to plan! was starving when i got in and there was nothing in the house so ended up having a cheese sandwich! completely went over syns now!:/ but ahwell!

Did the C25K run last night, dont think i did too badly, managed to do 6/8 runs (i didnt do the last one because i was back on the road and didnt want people looking at me!:sigh:) so quite proud of myself with that.. Might take me a couple of weeks to get a decent speed up, as this time i was only doing a slow jog, but its better than nothing! Am looking forward to doing the next one tomorrow too!:cool:

Need to try and keep a lot od my syns today as am being taken out for a chinese tomorrow with work.. It will be before WI too so a bit nervous! will have to be careful!

Todays menu:

Breakfast: Apple and Alpen light (hexb)

Lunch: Soup and will probably end up getting a roll(5)

Dinner: Spaghetti Bolognaise! Yummy and syn free!

Hopefully im not hungry/peckish later so i dont use any more syns!:)
