its no fun

So far, on day one I've managed 1.5 litres of water, a cappuccino shake for breakfast (wasn't the worst thing I've ever tasted) and I've just had a broccoli and cheese soup. I had to hold my nose for the last bit because i started to gag! its absolutely revolting!
luckily I've only got one more of those this week...
on the up side, I'm not hungry. The foot-flavour of the soup has made me lose any appetite that may have been lingering :)

i'm hoping the others are actually edible.
Also, i keep hearing about these crisps, how do you make them and are they any good?
