Lost 1lb today and its first loss in few weeks. It's taken seven weeks to lose 3lb and I am so happy. Makes me so much more motivated. Just wanted to share a positive...happy Friday

thank you....yes it makes a difference. Past few weeks of sts has had me staying on track albeit grudgingly at times. Feel like saying "sod it" but havent and its shown a result for me today!! yippee
