I went to the park with mu daughter this morning as I do often but today I decide to have a go on the swings myself... now this is something that I last tried about 3 years ago when my daughter was a tiny baby and I found to my embarrassment that I couldn't fit into the swing... today I decided to try again and fitted in really easily (same park, same swing)... I felt a million dollars and had the most wonderful time having a good old swing backwards and forwards ......
it is something so small but has made my day and really encouraged me to keep focused and keep losing... :D:D:D

Well done you hunni! I had a similar experience last year when i first joined the plan and lost a stone and a half. Before joining I went on holiday to Kos and was sooo stressed about being able to fit in the seat on the plane. Was just my luck they put us right at the front where there is no gaps inbetween the seats. Seat belt was fine. But i didnt arf feel squished. Then after losing the weight I went away again and was so impressed with my little self when i managed to fit in the seat with rom either side of me! As you say its the small things but it was these little horrors that made us change for the better I reckon. Keep goin girl ;)!
