    Hello everyone,

    I used to attend the SW classes but i recently started back to work after having my daughter, and i find it very difficult to get to the class on time, so i have decided ITS TIME to go it alone!!
    I have read a few peoples food diaries and seen how fantastic people are with their support - so i have decided to to the same - lets hope it works i have been slacking recently.
    If people want to comment on my diary all comments are welcome and please let me know if i do anything i shouldnt!

    Monday 9th August - EE
    Breakfast - Egg on 2 slices Nimble wholemeal toast
    Lunch - Rice with onion, peppers and Chicken. Shape Zero
    Dinner - Uncle Bens Chilli Sauce with Extra lean mince and boiled rice.

    Snacks - Grapes, Banana, Apple and orange

    Syns - Mini Milk 1.5
    Chilli Sauce - 7.5 (15 for jar shared with husband)
    Mikado (not sure on spelling lol) - 5
    Total Syns - 14

    Just looking at your diary, for your evening meal you need to fill your plate with 1/3 of superfree food. Perhaps some nice veggies!! :p

    Ohhh thank you, i didnt know that is that new? Didnt have to do that when i attended classes?;)

    The 1/3 superfree rule applies when you are following the Extra Easy plan, so if you follow Red or Green plan the 1/3 rule doesnt apply as much. ;)

    Ok so my Dinner is going not going to include 1/3 superfood tonight as i already had it planned - I will start superfooding tomorrow!!

    Tuesday 10 August EE

    Breakfast - 2xWeetabix HEb Milk HEa
    Lunch - Tinned Spaghetti, shape zero
    Dinner - Bacon, Egg, Co-op Half fat sauasge, SW chips and Beans.

    Snacks - Apple, Cherries, Grapes
    Syns - 3 Sausages - 6???

    Not sure on the sausage syns??

    Breakfast - 2x Nimble bread (HEB), fried egg with frylight
    Lunch - WW ready meal - Med Veg Pasta
    Dinner - Chicken & Veg Curry, SW wedges

    Snacks - Apple, cherries
    Syns - Ready Meal 1.5
    Homepride Curry sauce(total jar 13) - 6.5
    Butter 2
    Total syns - 10

    Breakfast - 2x nimble (HEB), fried egg with frylight

    Dinner - Pork, pots and mixed veg

    Also had Skimmed milk as my HEA
    Snacks- Orange and Apple

    Syns - Bisto - 6 syns??
    Options Hot Choc - 2 syns
    Marshmallows - 4
    Total syns - 12 syns

    Think i may have undercounted on the Marshmallows but hey i have 3 syns left to play with so i should be ok!!

    Ok so not a great weekend, think i prob put the 1 1/2 back on that a lost, but hey i enjoyed it and its a new week so a new start! Here we go:
    Monday 16 Aug - EE
    Breakfast - Really hungry today so had 3 weetabix. 2xweetabix (HEB) and 2 syns for the extra one. Skimmed milk as my HEA.

    Lunch - Tin of Spaghetti, Strawberries, Melon and an apple

    Dinner - SW wedges, mixed veg and Haddock in breadcrumbs.

    Snack - Sweet & Sour Mug Shot

    Syns - Weetabix - 2 syns
    Haddock - 9 syns i think
    Total syns - 11

    Breakfast - Piggy today had 3 weetabix (2 HEB) and Milk (HEA)
    Lunch - Batchelors Pasta n Sauce Chicken & Mushroom
    Shape Zero
    Dinner - Going to make the SW quiche, with some Salad and pots, yummy!!

    Snacks - Banana, Apple, Orange
    Syns so far - weetabix 2

    I do have a box of Mikado there though so that will change ha ha
