I need to confess! I was very naughty last night, after weigh in I had proper fish and chips. It was so delicious! I've been wanting it for 2 months now. I didn't eat all the chips, I was too full, but I had a good go! If I succumb again I'll share a portion with someone. Anyway, confession over, back on the plan!

in that case i need to confess for the last 17 weeks! lol

i bet if you ask everyone in your class the majority probably do the same as you!

i eat whatever i like after weigh-in and it hasn't affected my losses...and it keeps me from 'losing it' through the week!

I do it every night after WI too - it was a chinese take away last night for me xxx

HA HA snap I had a last Chinese take away before I got back on track. I had King Prawn fried rice a curry sauce and Salt & Pepper chicken wings :drool:. As for today so far so good.:D

I had fried rice, prawn toast and sweet and sour chicken, and yup today so far so good, have you started a food diary Son? x

I may be wrong but apparently you have to do this to fool your body.. It then thinks you are going to go back to your old ways.. so it sits there and goes .. "ooooo junk food Thank you verrrrry much" and then it slobs out for the evening.. then the next day when you go back to plan your body goes "oh s**t whats happening?" and in the confusion it loses a couple of pounds.. :D

if thats true then thats a great excuse for a nice evening once a week to let go a little (only a little;))
