Hello everyone I'm in a hotel and will be ordering lunch in about an hour and need some advice, from the options I think the penne pasta with pomodoro sauce will be the best option? You can add mushrooms, peppers and salmon which I would like to do but have got no idea how to syn it?

Any advice please?

Prob a bit late now, but I always used to count veggies and meat as free food, then add a couple of syns in case they used oil to cook it x

Thank you lovely I thought along those lines. Unfortunately I wasn't able to resist the gorgeous fresh baked bread rolls that also came with it! Oh well!
