Glad you liked it. I am going to do it tomorrow but use some mushrooms and jar of scala cherry tomato and basil pasta sauce ( I will divide into 8 portions as using double recipe to keep some for next day, this means the sauce works out about 3g carb per serving.)
Thought it might satisfy my lasagne craving !!
