I've made a decision!

I CAN'T seem to stick to CD at the minute, so I've made an informed decision. I'm going to do Atkins until the new year.

I seem to cope much better on that diet, so hopefully that will help me maintain until after crimbo. Then I will get back onto CD to get rid of the last 10lb.

Good luck to all who are sticking to CD over christmas, you have much more will power than moi. xx

I won't, promise. I'm still a CD girl at heart, just diverting abit temporarily. lol

I'm intruiged to find out if I will lose any weight on Atkins.
