Thought i'd share this as it's quite surprising, it's my second day on the Lipotrim diet and as expected i'm missing food, but not so much i cant handle it, as i find all the LT shakes/soup/bars quite tasty.
What i didnt realise is how much food, or food references are on t.v or in books, from food programmes, to programmes i've watched for years that 'suddenly' contain food, i think you could class this as a mild craving or something, i'm not tempted to eat it or anything, but there is a hell of a lot of temptation out there that i'd never seen till i started dieting lol, i liken it to when you get a new car, you've never seen any round your way till you get one, then notice loads of them lol
anyone else noticed this? or am i losing my mind already lmao
