Feel awful on this diet. I'm always bloated. My clothes are tighter too. I've only done a week.

This is what I've eaten everyday.

Wheatabix, skimmed milk and a banana

Spag Bol with pasta. Quorn mince.

Dinner is eggs, beans and sw chips.

Where have I gone wrong
 
Ok - dont panic! Sometimes it takes peoples bodies a while to adjust to something new.
Just something i notice; there does not seem to be many superfree foods (most fruit & veg). If you are doing Extra Easy a third of each meal should be this; if you are doing the green plan then your choices are ok but again more fruit and veggies would help with the boating; as would lots of water.
I know my body Doesnt respond well to too much pasta, potatoes etc but found that i could well eat them and lose weight using other superfree foods & healthy extras.
Dont give up without reading the plan again and trying a few variations.
