I've rejoined SW

    I've just rejoined as I really got to lose this weight. I've tried all the diets before and still seem to be in the same boat :( Recently I've been low carbing which has helped with the sugar cravings but no real weight loss. I guess having high fat just isn't working for me. When I did SW before I mostly did green days but having looked at the plan again I realise that I would probably be better off doing red days. I'm also going to stay away from artificial sweeteners as I get really bad headaches from them. That seems to me to be the beauty of SW you can follow the plan to fit in with your choices not some set menus. Why did I not realise this before?

    Best of luck. I restarted SW last week after realising i needed a long term solution instead of a quick fix. Ive tried sooo many diets and after starting this again i'm wondering why i didnt stick with it the first time round!

    Good luck....I rejoined a class this week as I need a bit more support......I too have tried all sorts of diets but SW is a long term solution not just a quick fix. I am going to try to do more red days as well as I find that it makes me feel better and have less cravings.
