The not smoking is an amazing achievement & it can really mess with your metabolism so don't worry that at the mo you're not losing xx

Well back from my Easter weekend in Bruges...it was fabulous...very strange not smoking tho when on holiday! I ate for England whilst away so am going to be exceptionally good now..am weighing in on Friday as its our 28th wedding anniversary so will be out for dinner that day.

Hi all,

had a diabolical week last week, felt rubbish and the grieving really seemed to hit me hard iykwim, feel better this week so weigh in Saturday, please let me have lost something!!

All good with the fags though!

Aw so sorry you've been feeling down. Trouble with grief is it sneaks up on you again unexpectedly & bam! I hope you start to feel a bit brighter soon. Brilliant news on the fags though x

Hi all, well weigh day tomoz and as I was getting dressed I thought the old bod looked the teeniest bit smaller.....we shall see!! I would be chuffed to bits even with a lb tbh and the no smoking is going fab as well!!
